Park Pass

We have vehicle State Park Passes free to Georgetown families with a student, PreK-12 . Sign one out at the library for two weeks or for just a couple of days. Return it during open hours or put it in our drop box. Thank you Georgetown Island Educational Foundation for this generous gift! (GIEF)


CMBG Tickets

One pass per day to The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is available for our active card holders. Each pass is good for free admission for 2 adults & accompanying children. Stop by the library to check the reservation calendar or phone the library (207 371-9995) during open hours for available dates/times. A volunteer will sign you up and print off your tickets while you wait. Check the CMBG website for current hours & details.

Jigsaw Puzzles

On the honor system – take home a puzzle and return it when finished. Great way to spend a rainy day or a lazy summer evening. We welcome any puzzles you may have to add to our collection.

Used Books for Sale

Used books inside the Library include withdrawn titles, older donated titles, and some duplicates. Select your books and pay what you wish. Our annual Book Sale will take place July 19, 2025 in the G’Town Central School gym.

Used Book Donations

Donations are accepted at the Georgetown Historical Society, and the Library during open hours or by special arrangement. We love your book donations and appreciate you thinking of us when you clean your bookshelves. Keep in mind we do not accept books in poor condition (damaged, dirty, musty, smelly) Thank you for your support.

Tech Time

Rob Jarmusz has offered help to patrons with laptops, cell phones and other computer problems Saturday mornings at the library. Call or email the library to reserve a time slot. Or email Rob directly – jarmusz@speedymail.org
